12-Month Head Torch Warranty
Every Thorzy head torch is backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products — if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
Last updated: April 2025

Warranty Period
Your 12-month warranty begins on the date your order is delivered, not the purchase date. We use your order confirmation and tracking information to verify delivery dates.
If you discover a fault after the 12-month warranty period has expired, you may still have rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or EU Sale of Goods Directive — see the statutory rights section below.
Your Statutory Rights
Our 12-month warranty is in addition to — and does not replace — your statutory rights under UK and EU law. These rights offer broader and longer-term protection.
| Time After Purchase | UK Statutory Right | EU Statutory Right |
|---|---|---|
| 0–30 days | Full refund if product is faulty (short-term right to reject) | Right to withdraw within 14 days; refund for faulty goods |
| 30 days – 6 months | Repair or replacement; refund if repair/replacement fails | Repair or replacement at seller’s cost (EU Sale of Goods Directive) |
| 6 months – 2 years | Repair, replacement, or partial refund (fault assumed present at sale) | Full statutory protection under EU 2-year conformity guarantee |
| 2–6 years | Repair, replacement, or partial refund (you must prove fault existed at sale) | Rights may vary by member state beyond the 2-year minimum |
For more information about your consumer rights visit Citizens Advice (UK) or European Commission Consumer Rights (EU).
Tips to Keep Your Warranty Valid
- Register your order by keeping your order confirmation email — this serves as your proof of purchase.
- Use only batteries and chargers recommended in the product manual.
- Do not exceed the product’s stated IP water resistance rating.
- Avoid exposing your head torch to extreme temperatures outside the specified operating range.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself — this will void your warranty.
- Store your head torch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
