During high-demand periods — such as sales events or public holidays in China — processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We will always keep you informed if this affects your order.
How to Track Your Head Torch Order
All Thorzy UK orders include tracking as standard. Here is how it works:
- You place your order and receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Once dispatched (within 1–3 business days), we send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Use your tracking number on the carrier’s tracking portal to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
UK Customs, Import Duty & VAT
As our head torches ship from China, orders entering the UK may be subject to customs assessment by HMRC. Here is a straightforward breakdown:
Orders Under £135
No UK customs duty applies. VAT at the standard UK rate (20%) may be collected at checkout or assessed on arrival — we will make this clear before you complete your purchase.
Orders Over £135
Your order may be liable for UK import duty and VAT, which is assessed by HMRC when your parcel arrives in the UK. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our listed product prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- We are unable to pre-calculate exact customs charges, as these are determined by HMRC at the point of import.
- Refusing to pay customs charges and declining a parcel does not automatically entitle you to a refund, as return shipping costs will be deducted.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We do our best to meet every estimated delivery window, but occasionally delays occur due to factors outside our control. These may include:
- Customs inspections or holds by HMRC or UK Border Force
- Severe weather conditions or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout
- Carrier disruptions, strikes, or peak-season volume
- Public holidays in China or the UK affecting processing and transit
In any of these situations, we will communicate proactively and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your head torch, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or any safe place the courier may have left the parcel
- Looking for a calling card from the delivery carrier
- Waiting an additional 2 working days — parcels are occasionally marked as delivered slightly early

Incorrect Delivery Address
