5. Ordering Process

Order Cancellation by Thorzy

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• A pricing or product description error has occurred on our website
• We are unable to verify your payment or delivery information
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices

All prices displayed on thorzy.com are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) for UK customers and Euros (EUR) where applicable for EU customers. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time your order is confirmed. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your card details.

Failed Payments

Customs Duties & Taxes

As Thorzy ships from China, orders may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. For orders under £135, no customs duty applies. 7. Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK and EU. Estimated delivery times, tracking information, and details of our logistics process are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Thorzy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specify at checkout.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on all Thorzy head torches. Full details of our returns process, eligibility criteria, and refund timelines are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive gives you a minimum 14-day cooling-off period. Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.

9. Warranty

All Thorzy head torches are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Full details of what is and is not covered are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent EU consumer legislation.

10. User Accounts

Creating an Account

You may create an account on thorzy.com to manage your orders, save your details, and access your purchase history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security
